On May 14, 2007, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania adopted Rule 509 of the Rules of Judicial Administration. Rule 509 was effective on July 1, 2007 and defines a process for requesting and accessing state court system records that deal with the use of public funds, including the purchase of services, supplies or equipment.
The 43rd Judicial District Court of Common Pleas adopts Pa.R.J.A. 509 as its policy and adopts generally the Federal Records Request Form of the Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Courts. A request form for Court of Common Pleas fee schedule and other detailed information related to Rule 509 can be found via links on this page.
