Who can qualify for the ERAP
program?
- Monroe
County renters who are behind on their rent or utilities
- Households
must show that they have been directly or indirectly impacted by the COVID-19
crisis
- Tenants
must be able to prove that they are behind in payments and are at risk of
losing their housing or are in an unsafe housing situation
- Household
income must come under the following totals (total income from individuals over
17 only):
